Big Dawgs Coach: Matt Bryant
Shortly after finding the efficacy of mixed modal training for himself, Matt began using it with success on clients and as a men’s and women’s college basketball strength and conditioning coach. He began training under James FitzGerald and headed down the familiar path of CCP. Matt has dedicated his life to this purpose and has learned from experiencing what he teaches first hand.
Matt loves guiding athletes through the whole experience of fitness because this is what allows for life changing experiences not just podium finishes. He has worked with everyone from kids to the general public, fitness enthusiasts, sports teams, and high level athletes on program design, personal training, and group classes.
Constantly looking for new ways to educate himself and increase his coaching potential, Matt has a long list of credentials next to his name.
