EVERY 4 MIN X 5 SETS:

1 Squat Snatch
AMRAP Unbroken Chest to Bar (C2B)

SUBMIT SCORES

RULES

Your score is the total of all made snatch attempts in pounds + total C2B completed. There will be only 1 attempt per set for the snatch. Once you come off the pull up bar the set is done, you may hang on and continue with the set.

For example, if Athlete X's snatch attempts are:

    • 100 (good)
    • 100 (good)
    • 105 (failed)
    • 105 (good)
    • 105 (good)

Athlete X's total combined snatch score is 410 lbs.

Then Athlete X's total combined sets of unbroken C2B is 100. Athlete X's total score is 510.

HOW IT WORKS:

-Once a month, we will announce a workout on Thursday. You will have until Monday at 5pm PT to complete the workout and submit your score.

-You will submit your score via a Google Form.

-We will compile all the score submissions and share the final results with you Tuesday!
